【概况】   2015年，全区3家电力能源工业销售收入过亿元企业实现销售收入45.5亿元，比上年下降9.8%； 实现利润13.7亿元，增长0.7%。年内，全区电力能源工业产业实现产值46.96亿元，比上年下降10.7%，占规模以上工业总产值的比重为13.69%。
【华能威海发电有限责任公司光伏发电项目取得进展】   8月31日，华能威海发电有限责任公司30兆瓦光伏项目申请报告通过威海市市长办公会同意，经市发改委和华能集团公司山东公司批复，获准开展前期工作，并取得项目用地许可，进入项目可行性研究、电网接入系统批文、环境影响评价批文等环节。
