【概况】   至2015年年末，经区有星级饭店、餐馆8家，其中三星级饭店4家、四星级餐馆1家、三星级餐馆3家。4月7日，凤仪大酒店因企业经营需要，自愿取消三星级旅游饭店资格。12月28日，丽湾宾馆因企业经营需要，自愿取消三星级旅游饭店资格。
【星级饭店复核】   12月，区服务业发展办公室成立星级饭店复核领导小组，严格按照《旅游饭店星级的划分与评定》（GB/T 14308-2010）要求，对锦江之星威海海滨南路连锁酒店、时代商务大酒店、杨家滩商务酒店、亨泰大酒店、丽湾宾馆5家星级饭店进行暗访和明查，并根据检查情况当场进行讲评，提出整改意见， 填写《山东省星级饭店复核检查记录表》并报送至市旅游局。全区4家星级饭店全部通过年度复核，其中丽湾宾馆因企业经营需要，自愿取消三星级旅游饭店资格。
