【概况】   2013年，全区有房地产开发企业55家，其中，二级资质5家，三级资质8家，四级资质22家，暂定资质20家。全区有各专业等级建筑企业68家，其中，总承包企业二级6家，三级23家，专业承包企业39家。全区在建建设工程项目83项，其中，建筑工程73项，建筑面积295.9万平方米；市政道路工程10项。新开工建设工程项目38项，其中建筑工程28项、192个，建筑面积112万平方米。
