       建区后，全区各级建筑管理部门和施工企业对工程质量非常重视，建筑工程总量和质量逐年提高，工程优良品率也逐年上升。至2010年末，全区累计总建筑面积1444.7万平方米，总产值274.9亿元，实现利税13.8亿元。累计竣工面积789.5万平方米，创优良工程351个。
