       2009年12月4日，设立威海经济技术开发区人民法院（简称经区法院），辖皇冠街道、凤林街道和西苑街道以及崮山镇和泊于镇。2010年9月17日，原威海市环翠区人民法院温泉人民法庭成建制划归至经区法院，更名为经区法院凤林人民法庭，辖皇冠街道、凤林街道和西苑街道。至2010年末，经区法院有在编工作人员31人，内设办公室、政治处、立案庭、刑事审判庭、民事审判庭、行政审判庭、执行局和法警大队8个机构，下辖凤林人民法庭。
