       1992年10月，经区经济贸易发展局内设综合计划科，正科级行政科。2001年3月，更名为经济发展局发展计划科。2007年10月，更名为计划发展科。主要职责为：贯彻执行国家、省、市国民经济和社会发展方针政策；拟定并组织实施全区国民经济和社会发展战略中长期发展规划和年度计划；做好全区投资审批、核准、登记备案及转报工作；做好全区国家政策资金、贷款的争取及管理等工作。
