       1993年1月，设立经区邮电局，正科级单位，其前身是蒿泊邮电支局。1998年10月，实行邮电分营，设立经区邮政局。1999年7月20日，温泉、草庙子、桥头、崮山、泊于5个农村支局由市邮政局划归经区邮政局。2002年10月28日，设立蒿泊邮电支局；12月11日，设立海曈路邮电支局。2006年8月12日，设立凤林邮电支局。
