    1954～1958年每年发行1期， 发行对象是国家职工、军人、工商业者、农民等，
全县共认购91万元， 年息4厘。自1955年开始还本付息，每年兑付10％，至1965年兑
付完毕。 1987年又发行123万元，由单位和个人认购，期限3年，利率为：单位6％、
个人10.5％。1988年发行335万元，全由单位认购，期限2年，利率为9.5％。
