    建县前，境内农副产品买卖皆由私商经营。建县后到建国前，由合作社和公营商
业、私营商业共同经营。建国后国营商业与供销合作社商业按分工共同经营。70年代
中期后，出口品种由外贸公司经营。80年代中期后，国营和供销社商业、集体商业和
个体商户均可经营。
