    新中国建立后，流窜于外地的反动党团分子陆续返归故里。为对这一部分人进
行控制、改造，使其悔过自新，县公安局于1950年成立反动党团登记工作组，对参
加过反动党团组织的人员，逐个进行登记。全县共登记入册1239名，其中国民党员
819名，三青团员359名，三革社1名，军人特别党60名。按照政策， 退还了为他们
代管的房产土地，教育他们遵纪守法，使其具结悔过。
