    建国初，劳动管理工作由民政局负责。1957年8月由计划委员会负责。1970年4月
由县革委生产指挥部下设的计划办公室负责。 1976年9月，县革委设立劳动局。1985
年劳动局内设计划调配科、工资福利科、安全监察科。1987年设立劳动服务公司、社
会劳动保险事业处、劳动安全卫生监测站。1988年10月，设立劳动争议仲裁委员会办
公室。1993年增设培训科。1995年10月设立监察科，12月成立劳动监察处。
