    1940年2月21日，120余名日、伪军由牟平城窜至冯家，妄图在此安设据点。原驻
冯家的国民党地方部队张建勋部联络丁庭、 安廷赓、苗占魁部共计1500余人，于3
月11日16时许向驻冯家之日、伪军发起进攻。战至夜24时左右，丁获悉秦毓堂部趁自
己营内空虚来抢兵工厂，遂撤兵营救，张、安、苗各部也相继而撤，战斗中止。此战
击毙日军1人，丁、张、安、苗各部战亡共10余人。3月12日晨，日、伪军在飞机掩护
下，撤至牟平水道据点。
