    2010年， 教育经费总支出8.54亿元，其中财政性教育经费支出7.4亿元，占
财政总支出的25.01%，比2009年增加0.63个百分点。统一城乡中小学预算内公用
经费定额标准，初中每生720元，小学每生510元，预算内公用经费总额达3000余
万元。高中政府助学金上升为高中国家助学金，享受资助学生的比例由8%提高到
10%， 资助金额由平均每生1000元提高到1500元。全面实施校安工程，启动教育
信息化工程，继续实施中小学仪器更新工程。（刘才华）
