    2019年，区扶贫开发领导小组办公室（简称“区扶贫办”）内设综合协调组、信息统计组、项目管理组、督查考核组、行业社会组、规划金融财务组，有工作人员16人。年内，区扶贫办围绕各级关于打赢脱贫攻坚战三年行动的总体部署，重点解决“三保障”和饮水安全问题，探索建立致贫返贫即时发现即时帮扶工作机制，开展爱心扶助行动、慢性病集中办理等工作，巩固贫困人口脱贫成效。5月，文登区被山东省扶贫开发领导小组评为全省扶贫开发工作先进单位。
