    2019年2月，根据区机构编制委员会《关于调整承担行政职能事业单位的通知》，区人民防空办公室更名为区人防事务服务中心（简称“区人防中心”），调整为区住房和城乡建设局所属副科级公益一类财政拨款事业单位，核定事业编制12名。年内，区人防中心坚持“长期准备、重点建设、平战结合”的方针，规范人防工程审批，推进单建人防工程建设，建立工程检查制度，监督人防工程建设，完善通信指挥建设，全面推进全区防空防灾体系建设。
