    加强公务用车使用监督管理，巩固公务用车制度改革成果。完善公务用车监管平台建设，全区所有保留的公务用车按照上级要求实现信息化、标识化管理。公务用车服务平台建设逐步完善，昆旸公司完成公务车辆的资产、财务及加油、保险、维修“三定点”管理服务，实现为全区党政机关提供车辆集中调度服务，并在一定范围内开展车辆租赁服务。
