    年内，区行政审批局公布进驻镇级便民服务中心、社区及村级代办点基本公共服务事项。公安户籍、农村宅基地、税务、市场准入类等高频事项集中进驻镇级便民服务中心办理并逐步扩大进驻范围，在村级便民服务代办点提供帮办、代办、代缴等便民服务，做到就近能办、多点可办、少跑快办，实现企业和群众办事“只进一扇门”，打通服务群众“最后一公里”。
