    5月18日，区信访局组织全区信访工作分管领导、信访专职干部培训会，分析信访形势，剖析信访工作存在的问题和不足，部署下一阶段信访工作。8月23日、9月11日，组织镇（街道）及区直各部门信访工作人员进行信访业务培训，规范信访基础业务，提高信访事项办理质量。针对单位实际工作中出现的问题，区信访局业务科室开展点对点培训，采取以案代训、交流探讨等形式进行一对一业务指导，提升信访干部业务水平。
