    7月，成立老干部志愿服务指导中心，开展“党建+正能量”活动，各离退休支部志愿服务活动开展情况纳入“星级”支部考核。年内，组建51支老干部志愿者服务队，发展会员2000余人，统一授旗，统一志愿者服装，围绕精致城市建设、乡村振兴等全区重点工作，开展活动238次。8月29日，省、市两级领导到文登区调研老干部志愿服务工作，并为威海市文登区老干部志愿服务指导中心揭牌。
