    年内，在区委老干部局建设一处集学习、活动、开展警示教育为一体的离退休干部流动党员活动中心，对镇（街道）离退休干部党员进城居住的情况进行统计汇总、划片，让流动党员就近学习、就近活动、就近接受教育管理。镇（街道）离退休干部党组织在全区离退休干部流动党员活动中心参加学习流动党员已达1500余人次。

    10月31日，全国关心下一代党史国史教育基地在文登举行揭牌仪式
