【概况】  文登营镇位于文登市区东郊，镇政府驻教场东村。4月，漩夼村划归经济开发区管委管辖。辖75个行政村，1.22万户，3.02万人，面积123.87平方公里，耕地3012公顷。2003年，农村经济总收入22.4亿元，财政收入1084万元，农民人均纯收入4470元，比上年增加469元。  (史志办)
