【概况】  2002年，全市财政收支快步增长，全年完成财政总收入10.63亿元，比同期增长19.7%。其中，中央级收入完成3.65亿元、省级收入完成2996万元；预算内地方财政收入完成6.68亿元，比上年增长23%。地方财政支出完成7.97亿元，比上年增长14.9%。其中各项事业费支出为5.53亿元，比上年增长22.4%；生产建设性支出为2.42亿元，比上年增长0.3%。全市共有纳税户15561户，其中国税局征收7040户，地税局征书8521户；全市完成税收共计7.78亿元，其中国税局完成4.2亿元，比上年增长18.84%，地税局完成3.58亿元，比上年下降4.14%。
