    1988年7月，文登县人民法院成立行政审判庭，配备干警2人。行政审判主要解
决国家行政机关与公民、法人和其它组织之间的矛盾和纠纷，保护公民、法人和其
他组织的合法权益， 维护和监督行政机关依法行使职权。1990年10月1日《中华人
民共和国行政诉讼法》 颁布，行政审判走上正轨。1989～1990年，审结公民控告国
家行政机关案件6起。其中2起撤诉，3起维持对被告裁决有效，1起将原裁决一部分
撤销。
