    现有952个村庄， 据碑记和谱牒记载，在宋朝和宋以前建村的不足3%，金元时
建村的占10%，明朝以后建村的占87%。
    建国后兴修水利，部分村庄迁移分合；1981年7月地名普查发现，1村原名有碍
于民族团结， 4村是“文化大革命”期间更名，64村在县内重名，县政府遂将这69
村易名。
    注解：①本章各村户数来自1990年末文登市公安局文书档案677卷。
