    1986年，始开展点源及区域环境噪声监测业务，在市区进行首次环境噪声普查。
共设点50处， 获有效数据23400个，为环境质量评价、城市建设和控制噪声提供了
科学依据。1988年，将市区噪声监测纳入常规监测范围。每年4月、11月各监测1次。
按不同功能区域， 共设8个点，分别为：居民区干休所、一类混合区烟草公司、二
类混合区原电机厂、商业中心区印刷厂、工业集中区农机厂与石油公司、交通干线
供电公司与电缆厂。
