    区市政局根据威海市海绵城市建设规划要求，认真梳理论证城区各条市政道路，着重对中心城区各路段进行提档升级，实施在花园南路、同心路、塔山西路、世昌大道附路、四方附路等8条道路人行道海绵改造，累计铺装透水人行道2.7万平方米，改建人行道透水铺装率100%。
