    至年末，全区有各类养老机构23家，有床位2599张，收养人员902人。投入资金358.88万元，保障城乡低保对象、特困人员507人。10月1日，城市居民低保标准由每人每月580元提高到600元，农村居民低保标准由每人每月375元提高到400元。农村特困人员供养标准由原来每人每月487.5元调整为：基本生活标准每人每月520元，集中供养照料护理标准自理每人每年3297元、半自理每人每年5495元、失能每人每年10990元。
