    落实涉外渔业管理责任，杜绝涉外渔业事件发生。按规定组织合格渔船船东参加入渔资格抽签，全区获批14艘涉韩入渔指标。举办培训班2次，组织船东和船员学习入渔各项规章制度，培训船员30余人次。入渔期间，实行24小时入渔通报制度，及时汇总上报入渔数据，适时反馈渔场信息和天气情况，为渔民涉外生产提供有力保障。年内，累计入渔通报1500余艘次，产量562.8吨，准确率100%，未发生涉外捕捞侵渔事件。
