    3月12日，市委书记孙述涛到环翠区调研生态建设、造林绿化情况。副市长高书良，区委书记张宏璞参加调研。孙述涛在北竹岛义务植树点听取造林绿化情况汇报，要求抢抓春季植树造林的大好时节，统筹规划、科学组织，迅速掀起生态建设热潮。孙述涛在调研中要求，把植树造林作为最普惠的民生工程，建立健全长效机制，加快实施水系生态绿化、荒山绿化、绿色通道、海岸林带绿化、城镇村绿化美化等工程，坚持绿化与美化兼顾、造林与管护同步，全面提升绿化层次，构建城乡统筹、市域一体的生态绿化新格局。
