    为保障动物及动物产品质量安全，3月和10月，区畜牧兽医局对动物诊疗机构和规模养殖场进行现场评审和等级划分。结合风险评估结果，对监管对象实行“属地管理、动态控制、分类监管”，按照不低于规定的监管频次和监管内容开展监管工作，防止发生动物疫病和畜产品质量安全事件。
