    开展“一次办好”事项实施清单梳理和发布。根据省、市要求，组织34个部门对依申请政务服务事项按照最小颗粒化运行单元进行全面梳理规范，确定区级“一次办好”事项964项，其中行政权力事项612项，公共服务事项352项，形成《环翠区区级“一次办好”事项实施清单》，全力打造“审批事项少、办事效率高、服务质量优、群众获得感强”的发展环境，提高群众和企业办事创业的便捷度和满意度。
