    8月，区交通局印发《关于环翠区农村公路建管养的改革意见》，明确各镇（街道）对农村公路建设管理的责任，理顺各方关系，厘清责任分工。9月，组织到荣成交通运输局考察学习“四好”（建好、管好、护好、运营好）农村公路和市场化养护。按照国道、省道标准，在农村公路补植绿化苗木，加强绿化管护，达到“上乔中灌下花草”“三季有花、四季常青”标准。
