    2017年，全区有装饰装修专业承包企业20家。其中，一级专业承包资质企业2家，二级专业承包资质企业18家。严格落实国家法律法规和上级部门的各项政策，注重加强对装饰装修企业资质管理。7月，对全区装饰装修企业进行资质抽查，督促企业补充需完善的资质内容。加强与镇（街道）的沟通协调，加大装饰装修相关法律法规宣传力度，不断提升参建各方履行基本建设程序意识，逐步规范装饰装修市场秩序。
