    2008年，威海苏宁购置位于威海市区核心商圈地块，占地1.16公顷，建造全国首个苏宁自建商业项目“苏宁生活广场”；2010年10月，全国首个苏宁自建商业项目“苏宁生活广场”正式开业，引领市区核心商圈消费热潮；2017年，苏宁生活广场店继续升级改造，结合苏宁易购、横店国际影城、屈臣氏、肯德基等连锁企业，打造威海市民新的消费、休闲场所。年内，实现销售收入2.5亿元。
