    以《环翠区畜禽养殖禁养区划定方案》为基础，7月，修订为《环翠区畜禽养殖禁养区、控制养殖区划定方案》；8月，公示禁养区、控制养殖区分布矢量图。全区划定禁养区75处，总面积101.3平方公里。在8条主河道50米范围列为禁养区的基础上，将47个非集中饮用水水源地水库（塘坝）等区域列为禁养区。确定禁养区内需关闭搬迁的规模场8家，养殖专业户74家。至10月30日，完成82家养殖场户搬迁工作，畜禽养殖业务全部迁移出禁养区。
