    2017年，全区耕地面积1905公顷，农村人口8.03万人（农业局统计范围为环翠区121个农村集体经济组织人口数），人均耕地0.01公顷。全年粮食总产量8299吨。小麦收获面积209公顷，总产量1215吨；花生收获面积598公顷，总产量2056吨；玉米收获面积702公顷，总产量4185吨。蔬菜收获面积480公顷，总产量21758吨。全区果园面积743.3公顷，总产量15202吨。其中苹果面积353公顷，总产量11465吨。
