    1月22日，环翠区申请发行的停车场专项债券获得国家发改委正式批复（发改企业债券〔2017〕35号），批复额度为10亿元。11月2日，中城停车场专项债券成功发行，票面利率6.05%，期限7年。同月6日，10亿元债券资金全部到位。这是威海市首支也是唯一一支获批的停车场专项债券。该次停车场债券的发行有效地缓解环翠区财政压力，对于进一步提升中心城区产业承载能力具有重要的示范作用。
