    抽调多名优秀年轻干部，充实执纪审查一线工作力量。组织参加上级纪检监察业务培训，抽调镇街纪检干部参与市区两级巡察、执纪审查等工作，提升业务能力。开展经常性政治思想教育，重点强化政治意识。同时，严把选人用人关口，年内选拔调入21名政治过硬、能力突出的优秀干部，有4名优秀干部得到提拔重用。在全区机关、事业单位、国有企业108个党组织中设立纪检委员，深化基层监督工作。
