    2009年4月7日，经山东省金融工作办公室批准成立，4月29日正式营业。由威高集团股份有限公司作为主发起人设立，公司注册资金8000万元。经营范围：在环翠区行政区域内办理各项小额贷款，开展小企业发展、管理、财务等咨询业务。至2016年年末，新投放贷款2760万元，营业收入110万元，缴纳税金153万元。
