    2016年，环翠区有8家小额贷款公司，分别为威海市环翠区威高银泰小额贷款有限公司、威海市环翠区宏源小额贷款有限公司、威海市环翠区银通小额贷款有限公司、威海市环翠区信悦小额贷款有限公司、威海市环翠区威海卫小额贷款有限公司、威海市环翠区信元小额贷款有限公司、威海邦信小额贷款有限公司、威海齐东小额贷款有限公司。小额贷款公司以服务“三农”和小企业为宗旨，是从事小额放贷的新型地方金融组织。至年末，新投放贷款21.81亿元，比上年增加29888万元；实现营业收入14438万元，增加4734万元；缴纳税金3183万元，增加707万元。
