    年内，全区实现一般公共财政预算收入45.04亿元，比上年增长10.02%。其中，国税部门实现收入11.29亿元，增长40.89%；地税部门实现收入28.41亿元，下降5.60%。全区税收收入完成36.87亿元，占公共财政预算收入比重为81.87%，较上年提高1个百分点。
    全区一般公共财政预算支出稳步提高，完成30.90亿元，增长3.03%，占预算的117.31%。其中，医疗卫生与计划生育管理支出增长25.12%，城乡社区事务支出增长22.22%，科学技术支出增长19.97%；资源勘探电力信息等事务支出下降74.40%，交通运输支出下降64.48%，节能环保支出下降54.35%。
