    实施基层渔技推广改革与建设项目，以新型渔民培训为抓手，着重推广“贝藻参浅海生态养殖技术”，组织科技下乡26次，走访养殖户152户，接受咨询500人次，发放书籍4000余册，举办新型渔民培训班两期，培训渔民100余人。培训内容主要为“刺参高效健康养殖关键技术”“刺参、扇贝养殖风险分析及预警”“刺参优质抗逆苗种培育关键技术”“刺参营养需求与饲料研究”等。
