    2016年，全区耕地面积2146公顷，农村人口8.45万人（农业局统计范围为环翠区农村集体经济组织121个村居人口数），人均耕地0.026公顷。全年粮食总产量7844吨。小麦收获面积304公顷，总产量1911吨；花生收获面积795公顷，总产量3284吨；玉米收获面积815公顷，总产量4277吨。蔬菜收获面积242公顷，总产量10800吨。2016年，全区果园面积650公顷，总产量17514吨，其中苹果面积401公顷，总产量13415吨。
