    10月，组织全区46家重点骨干企业和54家重点培养企业，对64个区直部门单位和省、市驻区单位及8个镇（街道）进行打分和评价，测评内容为各单位服务态度、服务效率、廉洁服务、依法行政4个方面。根据测评结果排出位次，纳入区委、区政府年终考核之中。
