    2016年，区委老干部局对全区离休干部开展“情暖桑榆”送服务活动。投资4.2万元，与“12349”呼叫平台签订服务合同，为175名区属离休干部提供购买上门服务。区委老干部局工作人员将服务券上门交到每一个老干部手中，并详细解释告知服务券使用办法，为老干部提供助餐（上门做饭、送饭）、助洁（家庭保洁）、助行（代购、代买）、助浴（协助洗浴）、助医（陪医就诊、心理慰藉）等服务，得到老干部的一致好评。
