    健全完善快捷高效的受理、交办、转办、回复等初信初访办理工作流程，4月27日，环翠区在威海宾馆举办《山东省信访条例》培训班，邀请市信访局领导对全区120余名信访干部进行培训，增强信访干部的业务能力，提高信访事项办理质量。年内，信访事项的及时受理率、按期办结率均为100%。纳入群众满意度评价的信访事项，群众对信访部门的满意率达到99.59%，对责任单位的满意率达到99.3%。
