    2016年，环翠区社区工作以创建省级社区治理创新实验区为契机，全力推行“四社联动”社区治理模式，全面激发社区建设活力。年内，各城市社区累计召开自治议事会议721次，解决问题56个；131人取得专业社工资质，持证率29%；班子成员和机关干部先后到分包村（居）开展调研31次、帮助社区解决难题17个，提出合理化意见建议21条。
