    推行健康城市建设，成立工作领导小组。5月11日，研究出台《中共威海市环翠区委 威海市环翠区人民政府关于建设健康城市的意见》（威环发〔2016〕6号），召开全区健康城市建设动员会议。区财政对建设健康城市所需经费予以保障，鼓励引导社会资本参与，形成多元化投入格局。将健康城市建设纳入年度职能目标考核体系，实行严格考核评估，确保各项任务落到实处。通过在环翠电视台开设《健康》专栏、悬挂宣传横幅、发送健康知识短信等多种形式，宣传健康知识，倡导健康生活方式，营造浓厚的健康城市建设氛围。
