    2014年，区政府出台《关于加强居住小区商业用房管理的意见》；组织完成89套经济适用住房的销售；环翠区首个政府投资建设的黄金顶公租房项目主体完工；魏桥纺织公租房项目竣工，交付使用；完成储藏室整治2447户，完成管线整治52个社区1707幢楼，在2014年的市级城市建设考核中，取得全市总分第一名。
