    根据“城市山地公园”的规划定位，立足生态保护，坚持以规划为引领的理念，在2013年完成的概念性规划的基础上，2014年，聘请国内著名设计公司对规划进行完善、细化，同时对山林保护、消防、废弃采石场恢复等十个方面进行专项规划设计，为景区全面建设开好头、起好步、打好底。经数易其稿，9月，完成《里口山城市山地公园的概念性总体规划》。
